Leading universities invite TAQ to participate in Job Fairs

The TAQ Organization (TTO) recently participated in two job fairs hosted by the University of Management and Technology (UMT) and the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) in Lahore. As one of the 102 leading national and multinational companies present at the UMT job fair on February 21, 2023, and one of the 130 at the UET job fair on February 22, TTO showcased its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

At both job fairs, TTO set up impressive stalls manned by HR staff members, including Assistant Manager Recruitment Umair Fayyaz and Senior Manager HR Maria Zahid. The team distributed institutional brochures, leaflets, and other promotional materials, as well as a select portfolio of giveaways prepared especially for the students. They also interacted freely with the visitors to answer their queries, providing guidance and advice to the over 15,000 young graduates and alumni who attended.

Senior Manager Maria Zahid praised TTO's participation in the job fairs as a reflection of the company's commitment to society and the freight forwarding and logistics sector. She highlighted the significant positions held by ex-staff members in the industry and emphasized the company's strong corporate relations with leading educational institutions in the country.

Overall, TTO's participation in the job fairs demonstrated its dedication to fostering practical academia-industry relationships and providing career opportunities to the next generation of professionals.
